		<description>Yeah, I thought that was crazy to do the one-arm push-ups   after getting beat up for most of the workout!

Don't be too bummed about the 1/2 pound loss.  I noticed that I leveled off around week 4, then in phase 2, weight started dropping at a faster rate.
