Day 9 - Fail :(

Well, my cold was so bad on Wednesday (Day 9) I was considering calling in sick, but I have so much to do at work, I couldn’t miss any time at the office.  I was in no shape to take on the P90X workout referred to as “putting the X in P90X” otherwise known as Plyometrics.

I worked late Wednesday night at the office on a new website that needs to be ready for a trade show coming up next month.  When I called home to tell my wife I was on my way home, my son 9-year old son picked up the phone and said he had been doing the P90X workout.  He said he just finished Ab Ripper X and said, “Man I can really feel it”.  He was going to do Arms and Shoulders next.  Like father, like son.

I’m putting off Plyometrics off until Saturday or Sunday and just do a double that day rather than just skip it altogether.
