		<description>I HATE legs and back - by far my least favorite workout!  Those wall squats and lunges bring out my 'colorful' vocabulary. :)

5:30 a.m. is also my start time - hard at first, but now that I'm at day 45 I couldn't sleep past 6 a.m. if I tried.
